How to Get Technical Support

Each of our customers have our remote support tool installed on every client machine and server. We have a web-based helpdesk for easy ticket creation and tracking. You can always call us, or email us at support@ngtechnologies.com. If you are setup as a client, this will automatically generate a ticket for you.

Our typical helpdesk reponse time is one hour but we allow up to four business hours for low priority issues.
